Gerald Ray Hastings

Gerald Ray Hastings, Jr., age 57, of Syracuse, IN, passed away unexpectedly on January 4, 2023 at home. He was born on July 14, 1965 to Gerald Ray, Sr. and Patricia A. (Hensley) Hastings in Lima, Ohio.

Gerald loved cars and honorably served his country in Iraq during the Gulf War.

Gerald is survived by his mother, Patricia A. Nelson; Siblings, Sandy Piehl, Jon A. Nelson, Ron Nelson, Jr., Leslie L. Nelson-Talarico, and Derrick Hastings.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Ray Hastings, Sr. and Tonya L. Hastings-Wright.
